1. Make full payment.
2. Product will be processed with details: model, color, and size (cannot request custom size).
3. Orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks, after payment is received ( if there are any complexities in the style will be informed additional time ).
4. Shipping will be informed in advance.
5. Return order, with unboxing video included.
6. Orders cannot be returned in payment (product exchange).

- The distribution center is located in Bali - Indonesia. Myth The Label offers free shipping throughout Indonesia without any minimum purchase conditions.
- Endeavour to deliver Myth The Label products in a timely manner. Trusted shipping partners guarantee safe delivery.
- Order Processing immediately after payment received , unless the product is a Pre-Order which takes approximately 7 working days. Processing may take a bit longer during busy or promotional periods and will be informed further.
- Estimated Delivery Time, length of delivery time is depending on the customer's location. Ideally, your order will be received within 3-7 working days after it's dispatched .
- Shipping Address: Please ensure you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Myth The Label is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Contact Customer Service
- Products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- Products must not be damaged, dirty or washed/scribbled on.
- The price tag/brand of the item is still intact
- Products must be returned with the original packaging and box.
- Include proof of transaction and unboxing video form (unedited)
- Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless return due to problems such as (torn, missing accessories, size and color do not match)
- We do not accept requests for returned products on the grounds that the customer did not order, the customer did not pay and other unclear reasons.
- Refunds for rejected goods are only given if the stock is out of stock, if the stock is still there, it will be exchanged for the same product.
- Return requests are accepted a maximum of 2 days after the order arrived (based on online data on the expedition during the order process)
- Process return requests or complaints in a polite and kind manner, all intimidating/emotional comments will be ignored.
