When purchasing from Myth the Label, you automatically accept our return policy bellow. Myth the Label has the right to refuse any return merchandise within reason. All return requests must be made within seven days (7 days) from order date . Please read through our terms and conditions to verify if you are eligible to apply for a return of purchase, before applying .
Once return request is accepted, you will receive an email with return instruction details.Please do NOT send back your return without prior authorization.
Successful returns are eligible for exchange of the same item, or be issued with an online credit to be used only online and not at any of our flagship stores. As Myth the label run their stores and online shop as separate entities they have policies that at no time allow for returns or exchanges to be crossed between the two.
We understand that purchasing online can be challenging, we provide a sizing chart for your reference, to be used as a guide line for measurements. All sizing corresponds to a standard Australian sizing .This details sometimes vary in styles depending on the cut, design and fabrication. Please notify your return request to info@myththelabel.com the reason you would like to return the item. For any faulty claims or manufacturing errors, please email us immediately with imagery and detailed description of your concern.
Please send us an email at info@myththelabelcom along with pictures or a video of the item(s) and please explain the problem with as much detail as possible.
The issue must be addressed within 7 days upon receiving. Please note that the product(s) must be returned unused, complete with hygiene stickers in place (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags.
Once confirmation for return or replacement has been given by Myth the Label, please send items to the following address and send us an email with proof of postage and the tracking number. Attn: Myth the Label
If you have a faulty item, please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed from your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received by our customer service department, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a store credit or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
Returns are eligible for exchanged for same item or an issued online shop credit to be used only online.
Once returns are accepted you will receive an email with return instructions. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all packaging/tags attached and in sellable condition.
The online credit can be only used in one time.
All online credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Online store credits are to cash value of the original purchase item(S). Any and all shipping fees are not reimbursed.
All shipping costs are borne by the client.
No cash refunds are applicable.
Sales items are FINAL. No returns and no exhanges on sale items.

Any and all returns are sent back at the customer's own risk and Myth the Label is not liable for parcels that are lost in transit.
