How to Shop

 

  • Product Selections: Browse Myth The Label's product collections on the website. Choose the product you desired by considering the size, color, and product description.
  • Adding to Basket: After selecting the desired product, click the "Add to Basket" button.
  • Check Shopping Cart: After adding the products to the shopping cart, double check the products that have been selected. Ensure the correct quantity, size, and variant of the product before proceeding to the checkout process.
  • Checkout: After checking the shopping cart, click the "Checkout" or "Process Payment" button to continue the purchase process.
  • Shipping Information: Fill in the required shipping information, including full name, shipping address, phone number, and other support information requested  . Add address details (such as Home/Office/Hotel or benchmark). Ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete to ensure delivery.
  • Payment Method: Select the desired payment method, such as bank transfer, credit card, or available e-payment methods. Follow the instructions provided to complete the payment.
  • Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation through email. This confirmation will state  your order details, including order number and purchase summary.
  • Shipping: Orders will be processed and dispatched in accordance with the policies of the delivery service.
  • Return and Exchange Policy: If a customer needs to return or exchange a product, provided that: 
    1. Contact Customer Service 
    2. Products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
    3. Products must not be damaged, dirty or washed/scribbled on.
    4. The price tag/brand of the item is still intact
    5. Products must be returned with the original packaging and box.
    6. Include proof of transaction and unboxing video form (unedited)
    7. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless return due to problems such as (torn, missing accessories, size and color do not match)
    8. We do not accept requests for returned products on the grounds that the customer did not order, the customer did not pay and other unclear reasons.
    9. Refunds for rejected goods are only given if the stock is out of stock, if the stock is still there, it will be exchanged for the same product.
    10. Return requests are accepted a maximum of 2 days after the order arrived (based on online data on the expedition during the order process)
    11. Process return requests or complaints in a polite and kind manner, all intimidating/emotional comments will be ignored.
